Before School
- Students must not arrive at school before 8:20 a.m.
- If students do arrive early, they must sit in the Covered Games Area until the bell rings at 8:20 a.m.
- School starts at 8:45 a.m.
- There is no teacher supervision before school starts, so please make sure your child arrives after 8:20 a.m.
After School
- School finishes at 2:45 p.m.
- All students are expected to leave school grounds by 3:00 p.m.
- There is no supervision after 3:00 p.m., so children must be collected on time
- If a child is not collected by 3:00 p.m., they will be taken to the school office to wait
- Children who walk or ride home should leave the school as soon as they are released from class
Prep Students
- Prep children must be walked to and from class by an adult
- Please do not send Prep students on their own
Other Important Reminders
- School rules still apply before and after school
- To help prevent vandalism, no one is allowed on school grounds on weekends or after school hours without written permission from the Principal

Late Arrivals
If your child is late to school, you must let the school know the reason.
You can do this by:
- Sending a note
OR - Calling the school office
All students – including Prep students – who arrive after 8:45 a.m. must go to the school office first to collect a late slip before going to class.
This helps us keep accurate records and ensures your child is marked as present.
Permission to Leave School Grounds
Once children arrive at school, they are not allowed to leave the school grounds unless permission has been given by both a parent or caregiver and the Principal.
If Your Child Needs to Leave During the Day
- A parent or caregiver must come to the office to sign the child out.
- When the child comes back to school the same day, a parent or caregiver must sign them back in at the office.
Excursions
- The only other time students may leave the school is when they are going on an official school excursion with staff.
